- My love of modern architecture and knowledge of real estate has been cultivated throughout my life. I'm a Colorado native who was raised here by transplanted New Yorkers. We lived in a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home in Evergreen. My mother designed this home with the help of Bill Marshall, one of "The Woodpeckers." The Woodpeckers were cabinet makers turned home builders in Evergreen during the early 60's...they are responsible for some of the most unique modern homes built in Evergreen during that time. While my mother was designing and acting as a general contractor building custom homes, my father was running a successful real estate company where I began working at the age of 16. So it seemed only natural to combine my passion for unique architecture with my knowledge of the real estate business....BUT not in the traditional way.
